  1. What forms of payment do you accept?
    • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit/debit cards.  We also accept Purchase Orders.  During checkout, you will have the option to pay using either method.  If you select Purchase Order, simply enter the PO number during checkout, and then eMail: sales@tennisballcutter.com, FAX: (866-789-1004) or mail the purchase order to us.  When we receive the PO, we'll ship your order.
  2. How is my order shipped?
    • We use FedEx to ship most orders.  If you order the Replacement Blade Kit (RBK), we send it via US Postal Service.  The price of the RBK includes shipping.
  3. Is the Tennis Ball Cutter™ guaranteed?
    • We warrant the Tennis Ball Cutter™ for one year from the date of purchase.  If it fails in the first year, we'll fix or replace it free of charge.  The only cost to you is shipping the Tennis Ball Cutter™ back to us.  You ship it to us, we fix it and return it to you.  We pay shipping one way.
  4. How many tennis balls can I expect the Tennis Ball Cutter™ to cut with the first set of blades?
    • You will easily cut 3000 tennis balls with the first set of blades.  We have customers who have cut even more with one set of blades.  The Replacement Blade Kit includes six sets of blades and a safety wrench used to change the blades.
  5. Does the Tennis Ball Cutter™ cut tennis balls so they fit a walker?
    • No, the blade doesn't make a large enough cut to accommodate the leg size of a walker.
